Returns
 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and original packaging.
 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent.
 

Damaged Orders
 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
 

We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
 

Non-Returnable Items
 

We cannot accept returns for:

• Worn jewelry

• Used items

• Custom or personalized products

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards
   

Refund Processing
 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
